Parent Infant Drop In: Pelvic Floor Health with Dana Elliott

Parent Infant Drop In provides an opportunity to connect with other parents and caregivers of infants in the community and to hear from guest speakers on a variety of topics related to infant development.

This month Physiotherapist, Dana Elliott will be joining us for a session on Pelvic Floor Health: Returning to Activity and Sex after Baby.

Parent Infant Drop-In currently meets on the last Monday of every month after our BabyTime program.
