Regardless of whether you’re an experienced athlete or a beginner, you’ll discover methods to build strength from the ground up, return to your favorite sports while reducing injury risks, and engage in physical activities with newfound confidence. Connect with other moms while rediscovering your athletic spirit in a nurturing environment!
This program is intended for parents and caregivers with infants ages 0-12 months.
