Join Lisa Richardson for Journaling for Self-Care. Lisa will lead a 60-minute workshop on journaling as a basic wellness tool.
Discover ways to approach the blank page that blow beyond the convention of “dear Diary”, and are designed to generate insight, compassion, playfulness (and added bonus!) unconditional positive self-regard. Guided prompts may assist in sending you in a direction that will encourage a daily journaling practice.
Every month, Lisa will build on ideas and methods introduced in previous workshops however, previous attendance is not required.
Everyone is welcome, definitely not just writerly types.
This workshop is intended for ages 14+
