Mental Gym with Kaya Shirane

The Pemberton Multicultural Network and the Pemberton & District Public Library present: Mental Gym with Kaya Shirane at 6:30 pm on Thursday, August 11th at the Pemberton library.

The topic of this session will is relationships. Get out of the drama triangle. See what happens when you become responsible for yourself and let others be responsible for themselves!

“Mental Gym” is a space to build your mental muscles.

These muscles will help you to remember how to become and maintain the best version of yourself.

Kaya is a Life Coach who has a strong background in coaching sports and has cultivated her own unique style of coaching.

You will be given the weights (questions) and you intentionally lift them (discover new ways of thinking).

About Kaya Shirane:

Kaya is a Life Coach, a Ski/Snowboard/Bike/Yoga Instructor, an avid Kitesurfer, and a big fan of beauty in simplicity.

Originally from Japan, she has resided in Whistler since 2005. During the 2021/22 winter season she successfully ran a series of weekly group coaching workshops called “Mental Gym” for Whistler Blackcomb Snow School Instructors.

Her life coaching workshop often involves physical movements and interactive activities to help participants feel the insights sinking into their bodies.

This workshop is presented by: The Pemberton & District Public Library and the Pemberton Multicultural Network.
