Legal Advocacy Program

Legal Advocacy Program offers free advocacy support and assistance to financially restricted individuals and families in Squamish, Whistler and Pemberton. They offer public education, information, guidance and support during mediation in areas such as human rights disputes, tenancy disputes, and formal appeals for Income Assistance Benefits and referral services. They also work closely with community service providers.

Legal support and advice is offered over the phone and through email correspondence.
